Welcome to our little piece of Austria right here in Northern Virginia! This European café was opened by husband and wife team Victoria & Stefan Trummer as an homage to the authentic coffee houses in Austria, Italy, and all throughout Europe. The pastries are recipes handed down from owner, Stefan Trummer’s mother Maria, and all the food is made in house in our scratch kitchen. The bar features cocktails you may recognize if you’ve ever been to our sister restaurant, Trummer’s, in Historic Clifton. Each is hand-crafted and created with fresh squeezed juice, muddled fruit and unique house-made syrups. “You can make Trummer’s Coffee and Wine Bar whatever you want it to be,” says owner Victoria Trummer.

“It could be happy hour for you one day with our wine bar, breakfast another day with our house-made pastries, lunch another day with some fresh paninis, and a leisurely afternoon coffee another day.”

We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. We have a wide variety of gluten-free offerings, and can accommodate almost any dietary restriction. We offer indoor and outdoor seating, as well as the full menu to-go to enjoy at a local winery or after a local hike.

During the Coronavirus pandemic we are following the strict CDC and local government guidelines to offer you a safe experience. We ask that all guests wear masks when not seated at your table. The tables are promptly sanitized after every guest. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
